13 Vitamins play an essential role in the human body's metabolism. Permanent sufficient intake is necessary to stay healthy, energetic, and strong.

There are nine water-soluble vitamins: Vitamin C and the B-Vitamins, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Niacin (B3), Pantothenic Acid (B5), Vitamin B6, Biotin (B7), Folic acid (B9), 0and Vitamin B12. Four vitamins are liposoluble: Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, and Vitamin K.
